Holden Fence is a fence contractor serving Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee. This website exists to show you our work and give you an instant fence price. We are the ones collecting and using the information described below. We don't sell it, and we don't hand it to data brokers.

What our forms collect

When you request a price or a callback, we ask for your name, phone number, and city or area, plus anything you choose to tell us about your fence. The estimator additionally uses the address or map location you provide to measure your fence line and confirm we serve your area. We use this information to price your project and contact you about it. That's the whole job.

Financing is offered by Holden Fence directly as rent-to-own agreements. We do not run credit checks, so no credit inquiry, soft or hard, is ever made when you request an estimate or payment options.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and check the text-message consent box on a form, we may text you about your estimate, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Cookies and your consent choices

We use Microsoft Clarity, a privacy-friendly session analytics tool, to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling). Clarity masks what you type by default and we do not use it to identify you. Cookies that measure our advertising only run if you say yes in the consent banner. You can change your mind anytime: the "Privacy choices" link in the footer of every page reopens the banner so you can update or withdraw consent.

How we protect your information

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems. Only the people who need your details to price your project and follow up on it can reach them, and access is protected by individual logins. Our estimator and lead records live in a managed database with encryption at rest and automatic backups. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you or to meet a legal or tax obligation, then delete it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affected your information we would notify you.

Data requests

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Call us at (877) 336-2311 and ask. A real person handles it. When the full policy publishes, it will include a written request channel as well.
